Do something that you have always wanted to do. Call someone you want to
get to know better, take a Tango class, travel without a plan, laugh out
Loud, and you will feel wonderfully youthful.

Save something each week. Give up soft drinks and drink water or skip a
snack. Instead of using your cell phone, write a note. You will save, feel
better and make someone very happy.

Happiness is a state of mind. If you are happy you breather better and move
Better, and of which reduces stress. Less stress = better health.

Don't let a day go by without thanking someone for all they do for you that
makes your life happier. If you send out happiness it will come back to you.
