Vaishali was diagnosed twice with a terminal illness and healed herself by learning Eastern healing practices. She shares her message of “self love” with humor and wisdom on her weekly syndicated radio show, “You Are What You Love.”

Dr. O’Reilly’s second guest, Michelle Renee, was stalked and then kidnapped with her 7-year-old daughter. They were held hostage and taped with explosives. She was forced to rob a bank, and went on to save both their lives and emerge to become the 2008 MSN Hometown Hero.

Now, she helps others with her message of surviving abuse, violence and trauma with resiliency and “self-love.” Michelle’s award winning book, Held Hostage: The True Story of a Mother and Daughter’s Kidnapping, tells her true story and became a Lifetime movie in May of this year.
