Have you ever been a victim of trash talk or backstabbing at work? Ever joined the crowd to pick on another woman?

Tune in to Dr. Nancy O’Reilly’s conversation with three bullying experts. The first two, Dr. Deborah Cox and Rita Westermann, specialize in the role that power plays in relationships,including the workplace. After a decade of research, they are dedicating their combined expertise to helping women end bullying and recover from being victims.

Her third guest, Dr. Joan Rosenberg, co-authored the book, “Mean Girls, Meaner Women” with another clinical psychologist, Erika Holiday.  The authors also co-host a weekly radio program, “Full Circle” in Los Angeles, which is dedicated to promoting a more positive culture. Joan will reveal why girls are so mean to other girls and why this is carried into adulthood. We’ll look at how society fosters this unhealthy behavior and discuss what women can do to create closer connections with one another.  Women CAN learn to cooperate and to compete in healthy ways.
