Certified Sexologist and Relationship Counselor, Isadora Alman, MFT, says clear communications is crucial to being fulfilled sexually and the first person to communicate with is yourself. Her private practice is in San Francisco; she is a frequent radio guest, blogs on “Psychology Today” website and helps thousands more people through her free online Sexuality Forum.
