Affirmations for Frustration Tolerance

Ideas that Will Help Increase
Your Tolerance of Frustration

  • In the long run, it is less satisfying to take the easier and less disciplined approach to pleasure and enjoyment than to take the more difficult or uncomfortable route.

  • I am happiest when I work on long-term, challenging projects in which I work against inertia and take risks.

  • While I may have to do many things that are difficult, unpleasant or boring, they are almost never impossibly difficult, unpleasant or boring.

  • It may be unfair that I have to work so hard. However, my life does not HAVE to be easy.

  • In order to achieve pleasant results, I often have to do unpleasant things.

  • Yes, it is a pain to do this now, but I`d better because it will be much harder and I`ll get worse results by waiting to do it later.

Even though I dislike frustration, I can survive it.
