Disabled Women’s Coalition Founder

Susan Sygall followed her parents’ advice and lives each day to the fullest. After being injured in a car accident in college, she completed her education as part of the Disabled Students’ Program at UC Berkley.

While there, she co-founded the Disabled Women’s Coalition, the Berkeley Outreach Recreation Program and is currently executive director of Mobility International USA.

Her life’s work is to create independence and mobility for people with disabilities around the world.
