Timeless Women Take Care of Their Skin.

060109-ross

We know now that the beautiful tans of our youths come with a big price tag as we get older. We can pass this lesson on to our youthful sisters with the message, “It’s never too soon to start caring for your skin.” For the next 20 years, as Baby Boomers continue to mature, 12,000 Americans will be turning 50 every 8 seconds.

Dr. Nancy shares some updates on cosmetic surgery and tells you how to know if you are a good candidate for a procedure. She talks with a pioneering expert in skin care who helped Jane Fonda for 10 years in Atlanta. Lynn Ross used her own youthful acne problem to inspire her to become a pioneer in the beauty industry. She founded DERmed, one of the first medical spas in the country, and developed her multi-layer protocol of cosmetic products to correct skin problems.

Learn the do’s and don’ts of skin care. They will tell us the products and surgical techniques we should avoid and which ones can keep us young and healthy looking. Dr. Nancy responds to an email from a listener whose history of domestic violence is interfering with her current relationship.  Listen now. Listen Now
